My services for you

In general
You and your business case are always at the heart of everything I do. The key question for me is always: How can we work together to better protect your business case? In this context, ‘better’ means ‘more efficient and/or more effective’ to me.
My academic background and my experience working in a law firm, as well as my ongoing work as head of the patent department at BHS Corrugated Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH (see ABOUT ME), help me in this regard. This ensures that my proposals are up-to-date and proven. Through my daily work as head of a patent department, I avoid the risk that many of my fellow consultants run of proposing solutions that are outdated or too academic and theoretical. My advice is based on practical experience for practical application and is always tailored to your individual needs.

How I can support you
Business case-based portfolio analysis (patents, trademarks, designs, etc.)
IP strategy consulting
Introduction and optimisation of software programmes in the patent department (file management systems, third-party rights monitoring, AI applications, etc.)
Support with the introduction of DIN 77006 (in whole or in part)
Training for employees in all areas of industrial property rights (IP in general, employee inventor remuneration, confidentiality, etc.)
Support/moderation of 360° IP workshops to identify business case relevant protection requirements
What happens next?
You have probably already implemented or worked on many of these things in one way or another. I would be delighted to help you identify and fill in the missing pieces and put everything together into a complete picture in which your product will be efficiently and effectively protected. A nice thought, isn't it?
My suggestion: Let's talk about what this picture could look like, free of charge and with no obligation:
